This kind of remodeling requires looking ahead with a client and trying to figure out how to make their home livable for them until they decide to move ( bathroom remodeling to  accommodate walkers and power chairs for example).
Paul moved to Bloomington to attend Indiana University and decided to stay and become a member of the community.  Paul is active with the American Legion Post 18 and is a member of Rainmakers ( a state-wide business referral network).

Pat Tighe - Moldstoppers
Mr. Pat Tighe joined Moldstoppers in 2009 after being contacted by Martin Peery - General Manager of Moldstoppers of Central North Carolina, to apply his knowledge and expertise as a sales consultant to the company.  With a combination of an educational background in Mycology, a Biology degree from East Carolina University, and work experience in the building industry, Pat recognized the opportunity to introduce a new company, with an amazing product for the construction industry, to preserve indoor air quality.

Before the foundation of Moldstoppers, Pat had experience with moldBLOCKTM, a patented, environmentally friendly, mold inhibitor.  The importance of the product being utilized for pretreatment, much less remediation, was not known to many architects, developers, or contractors at the time.  Pat's goal was to introduce and stress the importance of moldBLOCKTM as an ideal "backup system" for builders to ensure building safety, loss prevention, and equity stability.

In 2009, Pat's role as Sales Consultant expanded to Corporate Marketing and Sales Training to all 35 branches of Moldstoppers. Pat has received training and certification through the National Association of Mold Professionals (NAMP), and is a Certified Mold Inspector and Certified Mold Remediator.

Pat has contributed to the company's success in the development of mold prevention guidelines, pretreatment strategies, and effective mold remediation protocols. In his most recent endeavors, Pat has hosted numerous educational seminars to builders and developers in the affordable housing sector, in an effort to educate property managers and staff, on the basics of mold, mold prevention best practices, and effective mold remediation.

Richard Diller - Moldstoppers of Maryland
I have been involved in the construction industry for over 35 years. Starting as a painter during college, drywall estimator after college, and both a residential and commercial superintendent I have been exposed to many facets of the industry.

I have owed my own business for over 20 years. This business focused on the construction and maintenance of "high performance" natural grass athletic fields. A high performance field is constructed of precisely graded sand. It has over 5000 feet of gravity fed drainage piping to evacuate the water after rain storms. In some of the fields irrigation system also is the fertilization system through uses of injectors.

I was drawn the MoldStoppers company because of the simplicity of concept...deprive the mold of food and it will not grow.  After reviewing both the concept, and the product, with much more learner-ed people then myself I decided this was a solution I could be involved in.  Coupled with the Eco-friendliness of the product convinced me that Moldblock could really make a differance in peoples lives.  Hence I am now a Moldstopper who still believes in the principal of the three goods.
